MTC Update
I don’t really know what to write or what anyone wants to hear but here we go. I got my travel plans a few days ago. I’m going to Washington next Tuesday the 29. i am so excited but also kind of nervous. i have learned so much at the mtc but the more i learn the more i realize how much i don’t know. my companion and i taught lesson 2 (plan of salvation) twice yesterday and it was great. the spirit was so strong and because the spirit was there we were able to adapt the lesson to better help each investigator individually (they are fake investigators but it is amazing how the spirit can still testify of truth even when we are practicing.) it is such a great feeling to teach by the spirit. i have also been working in the referral center. that is where people call in to request free stuff they see on television. that is always an adventure.
i am so grateful to be apart of such an amazing and essential work. i have felt my Heavenly Father’s love so strongly this since i have been here and i have come closer to my Savior Jesus Christ by putting my faith in Him and studying His gospel. I know Joseph Smith did restore Christ’s church once again on earth and i know that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can return to live with our loving Heavenly Father. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to bare my testimony several times a day
